Second Chances

This is a story about second chances… Brandon made some bad choices and by 18 years old he found himself with no place to live; he ended up coming to the shelter in July of 2012.

He quickly obtained employment at the Kia dealership on Tennessee Street. He started out as a detailer and quickly worked his way up and through school to become a Master Mechanic. He continues to work at Matthew’s Kia in Cartersville.

The structure that the Good Neighbor Homeless Shelter provided him with has enabled him to re-establish his credit and posture himself to buy a home in the near future. He has a new truck and an overall better quality of live.

Brandon continues paying it forward by helping everyone he sees in need including those at the shelter.
