How It Works
Your company designates a Campaign Champion and Committee, who work alongside a United Way Relationship Manager to run a campaign—typically lasting one to two weeks. During this time, employees can choose to participate via payroll deductions using a paper pledge form or an online platform, making it easy for your HR or payroll team.
