United Way is proud to announce the “Inaugural Cardboard Boat Race” benefitting “Love Travels” and “The Book Mobile”.
Help United Way of Bartow launch their campaign in style right from the banks of Lake Allatoona at the Pine Acres Retreat.
Build and race a cardboard boat to race and raise money for programs that help United Way alleviate problems for those less fortunate. Programs that help in Early Childhood Education, Equity and Diversity, Homelessness, Hunger and many more important programs.
It will also be a family fun event with vendors, food trucks, beer garden, music and more. The lake area is beautiful !
